The quarterly USATF and Front Range Walkers general meeting will be held Wednesday, January 10 at 7PM near the intersection of Orchard Ave. and Quebec St. This meeting is for any USATF or Front Range Walkers member interested in future events and the fairness thereof.

Indoor Judged 3K

The USATF Mid-America Regional Masters Indoor Championships will be held at the US Air Force Academy in Coloroado Springs, CO on February 25, 2007 (note the date change). The single racewalk event is a 3000 M at 10AM.

YES, there are racewalking lessons in Denver!

Sally Richards is holding regular classes for walkers familiar with racewalking technique. The sessions are Thursdays at 5:15 p.m. at Washington Park. These are group workouts that go all winter. You can get a punchcard for 10 lessons for $130 or pay a $15 drop-in fee. For additional information go to http://www.nordicwalkingco.com. FREE Marathon and Half-Marathon Training
