YES, there are racewalking lessons in Denver!

Sally Richards is holding regular classes for walkers familiar with racewalking technique. The sessions are Thursdays at 5:15 p.m. at Washington Park. These are group workouts that go all winter. You can get a punchcard for 10 lessons for $130 or pay a $15 drop-in fee. For additional information go to http://www.nordicwalkingco.com. FREE Marathon and Half-Marathon Training

There is a FREE marathon and half-marathon training program being conducted by racewalkers Stuart Sonne and Mike Smith in Washington Park. The group meets every Saturday. Contact Stuart (303) 690-6170 or Mike (303) 321-2751 for more information.
